Mentorship provides our fellows with the insight, experience, and guidance from those ‘who have been there before.’ When our fellows have questions about who to connect with, how to handle a difficult choice, or just need someone to lean on, our mentors are there to help.

Our membership has a variety of skills, backgrounds, and experiences, all of which we provide back to the fellows. From lawyers and executives, to R&D scientists and PHD candidates, LEADERS can handle just about any fellow’s needs. 

Each year we take on a select few to join our organization and each year we pair those students with one of our benefactors. This system has been in place since LEADERS started and is the essence of what we believe in; when we invest in the young leaders of tomorrow, we all benefit from their efforts down the road.
