LEADERS

It takes great people, young and seasoned to make LEADERS work. The energy, excitement, and passion of the new provide inspiration for us all. The wisdom and experiences of the seasoned give us guidance as to how to succeed in our efforts. Because of this reciprocal relationship LEADERS is comprised of two distinct levels: Fellows and Benefactors.

Fellows

Current Kettering Students who have been selected by the organization for their potential to lead. The fellows are provided guidance, training, and mentorship from the organization on a regular basis. In return the fellows work to implement a personal vision or goal on the Kettering Campus before their graduation. 

Benefactors

Benefactors are Kettering alumni who found the organization’s goals to be of great importance. Benefactors pledge considerable financial support to the organization as well as their time either serving on the leadership team or serving as a fellow mentor.
